Some foods are more or less acidic than others. Acidic foods have been blamed by some for digestive problems and overall an acid imbalance in the bodies pH levels may lead one to lack energy and feel tired.

Therefore it can be useful to know which foods are particularly acidic, and if necessary reduce or cut them out of your diet. Examples include:

Sardines
Corned beef
