The tip is to get up and do something else if you are just lying there worrying about getting to sleep. Take your mind off it by doing something else, whether it is reading a bit of a book or watching some rubbish on TV to help bore you to sleep!
Worrying keeps you awake so at least take your mind off that for a bit before trying to nod off to sleep again.
