Tips On Sleeping - 2

Health And Fitness : Top Health Tips

Another useful tip is to monitor the food and drinks that you consume - for these too have a very direct impact on your ability to sleep, whether you realise it or not.

Some of the biggest culprits are alcohol and caffeine.

It is well known that caffeine is a stimulant, and therefore can keep you awake and keep your brain ticking over whilst your body is tired.

Alcohol however often acts as a sedative - and may make you fall asleep quickly - overall it will disrupt sleep patterns and also decreases the quality of your sleep.
