How To Use Icebreakers Effectively
| Business : Icebreakers There are many different icebreakers out there, but you cannot just pick one at random. You need to choose one relevant to the group of people in the room: - young or old - business audience or personal - experienced or first time delegates - a group that knows each other or meeting for the first time - the purpose of the day / meeting / session You should also ensure that people are not forced to do something you know they will not enjoy, or to reveal personal information if you believe they will be in any way uncomfortable or embarrassed to so do. The bottom line: the icebreaker should be fun and energising for ALL members of the group.
