The hardest part of a diet is what to do when you get hungry between meals. The meal itself is normally no problem and can leave you feeling full - not for long though perhaps.

So what do you do between meals when you feel hungry?

Well, the first thing to try would be a large glass of water. This of course contains no calories and yet can really help. Also consider something like green tea to help out.

You could even add some form of fibre to the water to see if this helps fill you up - grind up some bran for instance!
