How To Beat Afternoon Cravings

If you are getting cravings for food in the mid afternoon that you are finding hard to resist, then you need to reexamine what it is that you are eating during the course of the day.

Have a lunch that has a low glycaemic index or low GI - this means something like rice, veggies, cheese or salad and perhaps eggs.

If you do snack use nuts or some dried fruit so as to avoid the guilt of that tempting packet of sweets!
