Here is a simple warm up exercise that you can use before you do any of the stomach toning exercises.
It is always important to warm up and should not be seen as a nice to have but is rather a must do in order to ensure that you don't strain or pull anything during the exercise regime!
Simply stand up staright, and place arms above head. Hold for five seconds, then lower arms to your side, parallel to the floor therefore.
Hod for five.
Swing arms in front of you, hold for five.
Repeat entire program five times.
