What is a Swedish massage?

This, that is swedish massage, is a technique that is supposed to help to relax the muscles.
Pressure is applied to them in a specific way and usually in the direction of the blood flow back to the heart perhaps pressing against deeper muscles and so on to achieve the desired effect.
It should only be practiced by those who are qualified in it.
