Where should an industry build its premises? discuss by refering two locations.

It should build premises that are close to transport links: such as water, rail or road depending on what infrastructure it uses.
It should also build in a convenient enough location for its employees to reach, if it builds in the middle of nowhere then it is going to be hard to get staff.
