Can you be a model if you don't have flawless skin?

i have a few spots on my face but i'm not extremely spotty. could i still be a model?

Yes you certainly can!

The better the skin, sure, the better but many models get spots just like real people. With makeup and good photography this can be covered up.

However if you have really bad skin consistently then yes it can affect things.
