Can you get half shoe sizes as an adult?

They are rare in generalist shops which will tend to move in single sizes, however there are some retailers that do offer half sizes for adults, so if you are definitely not quite seven but too small for eight, for instance, then there is some value in going for an inbetween size - some online retailers offer this so search for those. If you can't find them, wear the larger size with a thick pair of socks, or even two socks.
