How can I stop my hair going dry?

If you suffer from dry hair, then don't put water in it and let it dry as this can make the hair dryer.
Also don't over dry the hair after washing it as this can make it dry, and particularly a hair dryer can frazzle the hair.
Then be sure to use a good quality conditioner on the hair to add the shine and gloss back, and don't shampoo it too regularly - just a couple of times a week is fine with the shampoo, every day can affect some people's hairs and make it dry.
