How do I create my own mazes?

Question asked by: mrquestion

There are two ways to do this. One method is to draw them yourself on paper and then to copy online.

The best way is to use square grid paper so that you can work out which exits and entrances are open from each cell, then draw a solution route and then go through marking off blocking walls in each other possible route. Then copy it onto computer if it is for online use.

The second option is to write a computer program to write a maze for you, there are various simple algorithms that exist for maze generation depending on the type of maze it is that you are looking to create.
