If I change my lifestyle will I lose weight?

Depending on what the changes are, then yes this is quite possible!

Assuming that the lifestyle changes are positive ones such as dieting or doing more exercise and eating more healthily then there is no reason why you should not start to lose weight as a result. Of course if the lifestyle changes are getting more stressed and working longer hours and eating less healthy then the opposite could happen!
