If you want to put on weight then it is simple.
All you need to do is to consume more calories than you use up.
For instance if you calculate that you use 1500 calories a day but that is all you eat then you will stay the same.
Talk to your doctor who will help you work out how to put on weight in a gradual and healthy way.
