What are my legal rights with credit card purchases?
Question asked by: knowitall
Your legal rights with credit card based purchases are attractive in the UK.
This is because of the level of protection you are afforded through this method of purchasing goods.
The consumer credit act states that if you purchase an item for between £100 and £30,000 then if it does not arrive or is damaged then you can claim the full amount from your card provider!
Therefore for piece of mind always make purchases that are large in size on your credit card.
