What does writers block mean?
Question asked by: mrquestion

Writers block refers to the process whereby you are unable to write.
What this means is not literally able to write but in terms of being able to develop your ideas or continue a novel from a compelling place to an equally compelling place - you can write rubbish or write stuff that is of poor quality but are unable to continue with an interesting storyline as you did before. The well has run dry and you are out of inspiration. Overcoming writers block is a tough one and the other question in this section suggests ways to overcome it!
