There are loads of foods that help contribute to healthy hair.
You want ones containing the vitamins and minerals that are important to good hair.
Some foods that are good for hair include:
- red meat like beef
- eggs
- cottage cheese
- salmon
- brown rice
So add some of these to your diet if they are not already there, in moderation of course, to ensure that you get healthy hair!
