What makes me have split ends?

Split ends can be caused by a variety of different things.
Over time, hairs get damaged naturally so it could just be that.
Also if your hair gets very dry then this can cause the ends to split.
One of the most common reasons is that you have brushed your hair quite hard and this can encourage the ends to split.
