Who is Gok Wan?

Gok Wan presents some TV fashion related shows on Channel 4 in the UK. They are generally around pitching high street fashion against the top end designer fashion and seeing if his designs are voted better or not.
Generally he also has some woman who is clueless about fashion in the show and then he helps them work out what looks good on them or not through fairly obvious tips and then reminding them several times that it's "all about the confidence!"
