Who is the woman on Dragons Den?

Deborah Meaden recently on the UK version of the show - the woman before that was called Rachel Elnaugh however she had to leave as, rather unfortunately, her company went bust and she had to be bought out by the other dragons... clearly this made her position as a dragon investor untenable on the show.
That's when Deborah took over who the show tells us made her money in the leisure and tourism industry (suitably vague) in the West Country. So there you have it!
