Can you give me some tips on lyric writing?

The best way to write lyrics or indeed anything is to write about things you have experience of.
Therefore think of things that you have done and try to write lyrics around them. Did you have a great trip to a theme park or a great holiday?
Did you really love a sunset?
Another trick people use is to write about emotional things like love and so on, because this is something we can all relate to and can also inspire great emotion. If you have little knowledge of a subject or interest it will always be hard to write truly great lyrics about.
