Do relationships with older women work?

Interesting question - I don't know if there are any statistics that suggest relationships with an older partner are more or less likely to work, but in general there is probably as much chance of one of thes relationships working as any.
Like any relationship it comes down to interests in common, being compatible, making time to find out about the other partner etc
Whether that is more likely to break down when the beauty fades who knows, but in principle there should be no reason for this sort of relationship not to last.
