How can I improve myself?

First you need to work out what it is that you want to improve about yourself, and why you want to do it.
If it is due to peer pressure then really you should learn to love yourself and not to want to change something about you, you might not even need improving!
If it is an internal motivation then you require dedication and hard work to achieve your goals just like with most things in life.
