How can I look casual but sultry?

If you want to get that casual, but some how sultry, at the same time look, then go for eyelash extensions!
These for whatever reason really help you achieve that look though I'm not sure why!
Well anyway my friends have said that when I do this that's the look I end up with so I thought I would share this tip in case that's not just me!
