How can I remove make-up/foundation from a jumper?

To remove makeup from clothes, or makeup from a jumper, then you should try to use a little ordinary shampoo.
Rub into the stain and lather with a little warm water. Rub gently. Then wash off thoroughly.
If that doesn't work, try a little dish detergent instead. The key is to use something that will attack and remove the make up whilst not harming the fibres of the clothes or jumper itself.
