How can i remove pollen stain from my top, which has already been washed?

Removing pollen is so much easier before having been washed - once washed it will be engrained and almost impossible to get out.

The simplest option is to replace with a new garment instead. If expensive, then you can use a brush and gently brush at the areas that are engrained with pollen, and gently tease out the grains.

This can take some time and be very frustrating if they are really trapped in the material, but there is no product that can be used to easily get out the pollen as it is not a standard stain.
