How can you tell if someone likes you or is just naturally flirty?

You can't tell in a one off situation if someone is naturally flirty or actually likes you.
The way to find that out is to observe how they interact with other people, and potentially with their friends so you can test them against people you know that they aren't going to get into a relationship with.
By observing them around others, or simply asking others what they think of her, then you can work out if she is naturally flirty or just being so with you.
If she is naturally flirty then it is very hard to tell if she actually likes you or not and this can cause a lot of confusion for guys! However it does work the other way around too.
