How do you stop nails breaking?

The best way to stop your nails from breaking is simply to keep them quite short as it is the length of nail snagging that usually causes problems.
If you have long nails and want to keep them, then the key is basically to try and protect them through not performing twisting or grabbing actions that could break and catch the nails.
You can also consider plastic or see-through coatings for the nails that will add strength and also reduce the chance of them breaking.
