How to i get rid of marks that are left on my face by spots?

To get rid of the scars from spots is difficult and there is no easy solution - a scar by its nature tends to be quite permanent.
All that you can do is use lots of moisturiser and similar creams to keep the area hydrated and be patient and hope the scar starts to fade in time.
