If I set up business and fail will I still be able to get employment?
Question asked by: knowitall
Many people worry that if they go it alone or with a friend and set up a business if it does not work out that they will not be able to go back into mainstream employment after.
However this is just not the case.
If you dress it up well and show what you learnt then it will be seen as a positive experience - all the knowledge you gain from running your own business will make you an all rounder which is attractive to many companies who don't want specialists any more.
Therefore play on what went well and what you learnt from the experience and you will still be very attractive to employers when you re-enter the employment market.
