Is God real? If so, then what is He?

This is a question that has obsessed people for thousands of years.

Certainly there is more literature on the existence of God than many other topics! Much literature has also been written about God and the Bible is the most read book in the world. In this sense at least, God exists.

Recent times have seen in the Western world a general rejection of God and move to secularisation. In the most part this is due to convenience and people feeling there is less relevance to God.

Also science breakthroughs and understanding of the world has shown that God is not needed as a recourse to explain natural phenomena we observe in the world around us.

Belief in God tends to be faith based rather than on rational arguments and proofs.

The bottom line is that it seems to be a personal matter of faith - for many it is an obvious fact that God does exist, for others the reverse is true.

Profile image! God is a he, it states in the bible that God is a HE, because God made adam in his own image, and later took a rib from adam to make a woman, because adam was lonely.. this is all according if you believe the bible to be true.

No photo yet God cannot really be reffered to as a "he" as no body knows if God is a He or She, God can be reffered to as the perfect being.
