Kinetic Energy

a 2kg rock is released from rest at a height of 20m. Calculate kinetic energy, gravitational energy and mechanical energy at each of the following heights: 20m, 10m, 0m

Kinetic energy = (1/2)mv2

So this means at 0 the kinetic energy is 0, for the other two just plug in the value yourself to get the answer.
