Smelly Grout

We've got slate tiles on our bathroom floor. They've been sealed, but with two boys under the age of six whose aims aren't what they should be, there's a really strong smell of urine! I'm constantly cleaning the tiles, but I was wondering if the grout has absorbed some of the pee?! What do I do?

If they have absorbed the smell then all you can realistically do is to remove the existing grout and then re-grout.
