What effect does the rotation of earth have on the way people measure time?
Question asked by: mmmsr3

None specifically, but people measure time based on the time it takes the earth to go around the sun and therefore break it down into days which is how long it takes for the earth to rotate, then years the time it takes the earth to complete a circuit around the sun.
