Yves Saint Laurent (pronounced as Eves Song Law-rong) was a French fashion designer of some considerable note.
These days the name, or the YSL logo, is recognised as something of a designer and exclusive label and therefore items that are yves saint laurent branded will be considerably more expensive than the high street stuff.
