What size is a model who is plus size?

Is there a definition as to what size is plus size in modelling? In last series of americas next top model someone who looked normal to be and won kept on being called plus size!

A model who actually has curves ie is a normal woman is one who is called plus size in modelling it seems!

In UK sizes if you are greater than size 10 then you are actually a plus size model, crazy isn't it!
