Which is the most costly metal?
Question asked by: mrquestion

The most costly metal, well I'm not entirely sure of that one, but I imagine that it must be platinum.
Not only is it a very expensive metal because it is so rare, but it also has very important uses in industry and particularly in things like catalytic converters where it helps to speed up reactions that turn harmful waste products into less harmful ones and therefore it is critically important in the motor industry and other industries too.
