Who is Beyonce Knowles?

Beyonce Knowles is a famous American singer.
Some have referred to her as one of the most beautiful women in the world of music; these things are of course always a matter of taste but she is seen as an inspiration in general to many women and idolised by a lot of people.
She was first known for being in a band called Destinys Child but then went solo and has had a very successful solo career and then got married to another singer who has the name of Jay-Z.
