Are any astrologers legitimate?

This is a very contentious issue!
Certainly many people in the world of astrology seem to genuinely believe that they have talent and can offer true insight that is not recognised by science.
However scientists will always dismiss astrology as self delusion and scientifically unfounded, there is no evidence of astrology predictions every passing a scientific double blind test.
