Baptist versus Roman Catholic

I think in the baptist church when you are baptised you are physically submerged in the water where this is not the case with the Roman Catholic church.
Also the structure and content of the mass, or service, varies from one to the other as do the beliefs of the two churches and attitudes to various part of how to interpret the bible and so on.
