Do model TV show winners go on to have a good career or disappear quickly?

This is an interesting one, having watched quite a few of these series.
Sometimes the models do crop up in magazines for instance you will see a photoshoot and will recognise the model.
However in most cases I don't think it gives them any great awareness. Certainly the winner usually gets some sort of guaranteed contract for a year and some sort of photoshoot so they at least get that exposure: as for the others who come from second to bottom then I don't think they ever do anything much, none of them has become particularly famous!
