Hi, How can I remove glue residue from my wood steps? I removed the carpet and padding and they were left sticky. Thanks!

Hot soapy water is usually effective enough to remove glue off wood surfaces, for standard glues.

If you are using a particularly sticky product then it may help to freeze the affected area first with an ice bag to ensure that the glue loses its stick and then it may be possible to scrape off. Good luck!
