How can I become a radio DJ?

Question asked by: mrquestion

Asked on: 08 Apr 2008

Becoming a radio DJ is very competitive and so many people start off doing things like hospital radio to learn their trade as it were.

Also remember that getting straight in as a DJ on a main station is almost unheard of so many work as helpers and assistants on shows in order to learn the ropes and wait for the day when the presenter is ill and then get their chance as a result of that.
