How can i reduce oil content in my face and increase brightness?

usually when i am going to outside by the effect of sun rays my face become oil and dark so how to improve my face bright and reduce the oil content give suitable instruction for me.

The key is to use a good quality moisturiser and cleanser and use regularly applied on the face to remove the oily build up and keep your skin in good condition.
