Why am i more developed?

People develop at all different rates. Infact many will be as developed as you from the age of 10 in some cases, and people hit puberty, particularly girls, quite early in many cases.
Although it is embarrassing don't worry about it, and in a matter of months many other girls will start catching up with you and be at the same stage of development.
