How do i remove grease spot from emulsioned walls

You could try a small amount of a product such as cillit bang to see if that works on the affected area.
However if it has been emulsioned then the only satisfactory way may be to actually touch up the area; that is to go over it again with a small amount of paint of the same shade and with the same stroke in order to cover up the grease stains.
