How do I take photos at night?

Question asked by: mrquestion

Asked on: 14 Jan 2010

At night time the key is that you will need to allow enough light in to expose the picture correctly, or hit the digital device that records the light on a digital camera.

The problem comes with camera shake in this instance because we can't hold the camera still enough with our hand to mitigate against there being shake.

Therefore what you will need is a tripod or some other steadying device to allow the longer exposure that will be required.
