I always put things off instead of doing them now: how can I change that?

Question asked by: mrquestion

I would like to answer this now but I think I will do it later!

There is a phrase about biting the bullet and that's what it comes down to, sometimes you have to make tough choices and just steel yourself to do something.

It is human nature to put off things we don't want to do because they are perhaps difficult or involve us doing something we're not too keen on therefore actually it can help just to go out and do something and be steely minded, too much thought can be a bad thing sometimes.
