I can't get rid of spots - what shall I do?

To get rid of spots there are things that you can do easily and effectively to treat the spots.
Drink plenty of water.
Eat fruit and veg as this nice and healthy.
Avoid greasy foods.
Don't touch your face.
Keep your hair off your face as this can make spots worse.
Don't pop or pick at spots as this can spread infection and lead to scarring where the spots were.
Finally treat them well with some sort of spot or acne cream.
